Guyana Collis Consulting Inc. was invited to assess the food safety system capabilities for the largest Poultry Producers Association in Guyana. The scope of the activities included:

  • Benchmarking poultry processors, hatcheries and feed mills against the CODEX standard.
  • Reviewed relevant Regulatory Acts and Food Safety and Quality Codes of Practice.
  • Conducted an International Trade Seminar on the implications of HACCP.
  • Trained industry and government personnel on HACCP.

United States of America

USACollis Consulting Inc. worked together with a mid-sized U.S. dairy company and accomplished the following:

  • Performed a Needs Assessment to evaluate fleet optimization and route efficiencies.
  • Implemented a restructuring of the Distribution Department resulting in a projected annualized cost savings to the company of $750,000 (US).
  • Developed a Distribution Procedural Manual for the company

CanadaCanada

Collis Consulting Inc. acts as Lead Trainer for the Manitoba Food Processors Association (MFPA), a provincial industry-driven association of food manufacturers and processors, in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) food safety systems.

In this role, we are responsible for developing and implementing HACCP training programs for Manitoba businesses.
