  • Performed an Operations Needs Assessment to evaluate fleet optimization and route efficiencies for a mid-sized U.S. dairy company. Implemented a restructuring of the Distribution Department resulting in a projected annualized cost savings for the company of $750,000 (US)
  • Contracted with a multi-national dairy company to provide a comprehensive training needs assessment and detailed plan to train a multi-ethnic group of employees (where English is the Second Language). Developed training curricula and conducted training for lead hands to become "coaches" and "team trainers"
  • Performed a strategic business plan for a key agri-food business unit (Dairy Plant) for a federally operated corrections facility - helping position the business unit for future competition by upgrading and streamlining the operation, selecting appropriate product lines, exploring new distribution channels and training key personnel in food production and quality systems
